Wages of Sin

What Evil Lurks, Within The Hearts Of Men

Surely Death Will Come, For The Wages Of Their Sin

But Is Death Way Too Good, For Those Committing Heinous Crimes

Like A Salt Water Jelly Fish, Certain Men Have No Spine

For I Submit To You, Throughout History And Thru Time

What First Appears As Grandiose, Is Not Of Any Kind

The Cars And The Money, The Power And The Gold

But What Does It Profit A Man, If He Loses His Own Soul

Cause What We See On The Outside, Is Just A Fake Facade

Play Us For The Fool, But They Surely Can’t Fool God

Narcissistic Leaders, On The World Stage Exposed

If You Bring In A Clown, You Can Expect A Damn Clown Show

The History Is There, The Facts Can Nare Be Denied

Would Have Lynched, Five Black Youths, Known As The Central Park Five

So When Does A Man Pay, For The Wages Of His Sin

If He Got Away Before, He Will Surely Do It Again

By Any Means Necessary, Lie, Cheat And Steal

Then Send Our Kids, Off To War, Disregarding Their Free Will

But Doesn’t The Presidential Oath, Say To Preserve And Protect

When A Predator Goes For The Kill, It Goes For The Neck

But Whom Do We Call, For An Order Of Protect

Should I Call On The Ghostbusters, Or My Local Political Elect

So I Fear There Is No Consequence, So Much To My Chagrin

But When Judgment Day, Comes Their Way, They’ll Answer For The Wages Of Their Sin
