Success

There are certain things that society pushes into our subconscious that can influence how we perceive things. One such thing is how we judge success or rather how we define success.

Society defines success as Drake: riches beyond belief, famous, multiple houses and the envy of most Joe’s.

Well, that may be societies definition of “success” but I’m here to establish another definition. So here is the new definition: Success = God + Family + Friends. God says that if we do anything to our best ability and commit it to Him then we will be successful. Now, I don’t believe this means I will be financially success from everything I do but other “successes” will be achieved.

For instance, I may commit to God to be the best friend possible. In this case success may be judged/defined by the relationships I establish with my friends. Or I may commit to God to be the best father I can be. Success could be defined by my relationship with my children. In either case, monetary accumulation is not a variable in the equation for success.

So, I urge you to re-define you definition of “success” and commit to God your action. In that vein success as you define it will come to you.
