Integrity

As I listen to the news and headline stories, I find that there is a lack of INTEGRITY in this world, specifically, in the political arena. With all the stories about political figures, there seems to be a shortage of moral character and integrity. These are supposed to be trusted officials that have high standards and represent the people.

What I’ve come to learn and believe is that these men and women are no more than that, men and women. Flawed and imperfect just as any other human on this earth. But you would think that attaining such a high position would come with some sort of wisdom, morality and character. Your integrity should never come into question regardless of the position you are in.

In the text, God clearly states those who take the crooked path, short cuts, underhanded dealings, will be found out. What you do in the dark will eventually come to light. Be careful in the decisions you make. If you have a question whether its right or wrong, it’s probably wrong. Worry about nothing and pray about everything. Every move you make should be preceded with pray…God won’t steer you in the wrong direction.
