Love

A scripture that we all have heard or seen no matter what state of spirituality you have. This is the scripture that you see people holding signs at sporting events. There was a guy that used to always show up on the NFL network broadcast behind the goal post on field goals holding a sign stating John 3:16

Pondering the gravity of this scripture takes on a new light for me now having a children. It brings this scripture a little more to light to understand or even realize that God loves US so much that he would sacrifice his own Son. Now apply that to yourself for those that have kids, imagine loving someone so much that you would sacrifice your own child. I dare say that not many of us would be willing to follow through on this task. This is an unimaginable love.

If you understand the depth of this love, why would you not praise and magnify Him? Couple this unwavering act with the fact that He wants only the best for you and will protect you from all evil. The enormity can be overwhelming if you truly look at these actions. If you believe that His son came to save us from our sins, you are destined for eternal life.
